- How to recover my PIN?
- Go to the login page
- Click the forgot PIN link
- Fill out your number
- Submit the form
- Now our system will call you and ask if you want to generate a new pin, if so press 1.
- The system reads your new PIN to you
- When can i sign up in my country?
- As soon as our Android and iOS apps are available we will start accepting users from countries where we dont have any local numbers.
- How to sign up
- Go to our sign up page
- Enter your details
- Click next
- Enter your first contacts details
- Click "Call me with my action code now"
- Jiddler will now call you and give you a 3 digit code. Use this code to activate your account
- Click "Its me - let me in"
- You´re done!

- Can I add credit through paypal?
- What payment methods is accepted?
- We´re currently accepting Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
- Why is my credit card not working?
- Due to fraud we´re only accepting credit cards with 3D-secure enabled. If your credit card does not support this, please pay with paypal.
- Why do you save my credit cards?
- We save all credit cards to make it easier for you to add credit. If this is not something you like, you can remove the credit card after you made a payment.
- How to delete a credit card?
- Login to your account
- Click the small gear in balance box
- Choose what card to delete and press delete it
- Can i transfer credit to another Jiddler account?
- This is at the moment not possible, but it´s something we´re working on.
- How to cancel my account?
